March 23th, we have loaded another 4 containers and 8 tanks which are exporting to Manila, Philippines.

Epsole' storange tank for water, steam(accumulator), EPP storage tank and other chemical storage tanks.
All our tank steal thickness can be 6~25mm, setting pressure from 8Bar~30Bar.

 
Processment:
We use the first class high mark carbon steel, we will make twice anti rust painting for both inner and outer.
Besides, water/EPP tanks we will make epoxy resin painting to improve more efficient service life.
About another important thing, all weld job we made by submerge-arc welding.

Inspection:
All tank we made testing by infra-red spectrum(IR spectrum) to make presented quality.
We give customer's guarantee least 12 years good service life.

ICF BLOCKS

 Insulating concrete form or insulated concrete form (ICF) is a system of formwork for reinforced concrete usually made with a rigid thermal insulation that stays in place as a permanent interior and exterior substrate for walls, floors, and roofs. The forms are interlocking modular units that are dry-stacked (without mortar) and filled with concrete. The units lock together somewhat like Lego bricks and create a form for the structural walls or floors of a building.
