All our tank steal thickness can be 6~25mm, setting pressure from 8Bar~30Bar.
Processment:
We use the first class high mark carbon steel, we will make twice anti rust painting for both inner and outer.
Besides, water/EPP tanks we will make epoxy resin painting to improve more efficient service life.
About another important thing, all weld job we made by submerge-arc welding.
Inspection:
All tank we made testing by infra-red spectrum(IR spectrum) to make presented quality.
We give customer's guarantee least 12 years good service life.

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a versatile, lightweight material that can be manufactured into a variety of products.The Main application is for PACKAGE or BUILDING INSULATION.
- PACKAGE: Fish box, vegatable box, fruit box, Electronics package and so on.
- BUILDING INSULATION: ICF(Insulated Concrete Foam),Sandwich Panel, 3D Panel, Brick Insert, Cornices and so on.
- Other application: Filling material like bead bags.

| EPS Production Process |
With the help of EPS Pre-expander to expand the EPS Resin into Expanded Beads. If you products is bean bag filling beads, that is one.
And the final step is to produce the final eps products. Then we will need the EPS Shape Moulding Machine to produce the boxes, packages and so on. If you need the blocks, will need the EPS Block Mould Machine. And what's more you need to cut them into sheet, EPS Cutting Machine.

Expanded polystyrene (EPS)
--- is a rigid and tough, closed-cell foam. It is usually white and made of pre-expanded polystyrene beads. EPS is used for many applications e.g. trays, plates, bowls and fish boxes. Other uses include molded sheets for building insulation and packing material for cushioning fragile items inside boxes. Sheets are commonly packaged as rigid panels, which are also known as "bead-board".
